1st Sales Call to 1st Dip in the Pool
Heavenly Outdoor Sales Team covers all the details needed in the 1st meeting to give our Design Team the tools to create the perfect Outdoor Experience for the homeowner:
• Measurements of existing property, location of existing utilities, elevation photos, homeowner wants/needs/likes
• Design Team will present a conceptual 3D drawing of the space prior to the contract
• Design Team works with the homeowner after the contract is signed to finalize material selections
• Construction Superintendent gives weekly updates on progress and next steps
• Major Equipment and Appliance manuals provided for easy reference
• Pool School: during Final Orientation Walk we will give operating and maintenance instructions for all pool equipment, pool sweep, chemical evaluation, lighting control, fire/water feature control and a Weekly Maintenance checklist, including a list of best practices for keeping your pool in perfect harmony
